Every person has their own stress in their life, so how to deal with the stress is important them to get better life. In this short essay, I will discuss some best ways to reduce our stress. At the beginning, we should know what stress we are facing and how does it affect to our life, because it is difficult to solve. Checking stress level on the trustworthy websites might be useful for this. Reading some books about stress is also helpful. A lot of stress related books are available nowadays, some of them focus on the physical technique to reduce the stress, and some other books focus on mental technique or attitude to deal with stress. Do some activities which you really like is also helpful to reduce stress like chatting, doing some hobbies, sports, games, etc. In this essay, I discuss the best ways to reduce stress about knowing what our stress is, knowing some skills and mindset to reduce stress and doing something for forgetting about stressful matters. I believe that we can reduce our stress in these ways.
