Bob Dylan's Concert Review.

I went to Bob Dylan’s concert last month. He was touring Japan from last March to April. So this Japanese tour was titled (The) Cherry Blossom Tour. The concept of this tour was watching Bob Dylan closely in clubs. So all concerts took place in a nationwide club with a live music venue called Zepp. He played in Zepp Tokyo, Sapporo, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Osaka. I saw his concert in the 90s as well. At that time he played in a concert hall, and his music style was similar to grunge rock. However, Bob is famous for radically changing his music arrangements in every concert tour and some of his gigs. This time, he played more bluesy and jazzy music. Charlie Sexton played the (backup) guitar, and he was famous as a good-looking singer and guitarist in 80s. He had no distortion in his sound, and he played mild mellow guitar. Bob played a lot of new songs and three of his classic songs: “Tangled Twisted of Fate,” “All Along the Watch Tower,” and “ Blowin’ in the Wind.” However, he changed the melody and arrangement completely, so the audience couldn’t sing along with him and they barely recognized the song when they heard the lyrics. Anyway, after I watched the concert my literature-oriented mind was stimulated while I was reading reviews on the tour pamphlet. The concert did not have pre-established melodies, but he gave something to his audience. Only one complaint was since it was club, the height of the stage was not high enough for all of the audience, so I could barely see his face, not his whole body. That was hard. I wish he would play a concert/in a concert hall next time if he can come to my town. something you did this week/month/year I went to Bob Dylan’s concert last month.
